Claudia's Bistro began as a quiet promise — to make bread the way it was meant to be made: slowly, by hand, with nothing but flour, water, salt, and time. What started as weekend baking in a home kitchen has grown into a neighborhood destination where the aroma of fresh sourdough greets you the moment you step inside.

Every morning before dawn, our bakers arrive to mix, fold, shape, and bake. We source locally milled flour whenever possible, maintain our own sourdough starter passed down through generations, and refuse to rush a single batch. The result is bread with character — a crust that shatters, a crumb that holds warmth, a taste that lingers.

Beyond the oven, our café counter offers pastries laminated to flaky perfection, seasonal fruit tarts, and a rotating selection of cakes for life's milestones. Pair it all with single-origin pour-over or a velvety espresso, and you have a place that feels less like a bakery and more like a sanctuary.
